We speak with special guest, NABJ Mizzou Chapter President, Kayla Pettis. She explains the benefits of being an NABJ member at one of the top journalism schools in the country. Plus, Dr. Christina Carney joins us! She is an MU professor in both Black studies and women’s and gender studies and also happens to be the program chair of the Black History Month Committee at Mizzou.
